Renewed Mind Method™ Coaching

Christ-Centered Emotional Healing for the Wounded, Weary, and Faithful.

The Renewed Mind Method™ is a faith-based coaching program designed for Christians who love God—but feel emotionally stuck, overwhelmed, numb, or exhausted after trauma, burnout, or prolonged stress.

This is not psychiatric care and does not involve diagnosis, therapy, or medication.
It is a structured, biblically grounded coaching experience focused on spiritual renewal, emotional regulation, and identity restoration.

Who This Coaching Is For

This program may be right for you if:

  • You love Jesus but feel disconnected, emotionally flat, or spiritually tired

  • You’ve experienced trauma, betrayal, or spiritual harm—especially within Christian spaces

  • Anxiety, fear, or emotional overwhelm still surface even after prayer and counseling

  • You’re a ministry leader or caregiver who feels pressure to stay “strong”

  • You want faith-integrated healing without entering medical treatment

Many clients come to coaching because they’re not ready—or don’t need—psychiatric care, but still want guided, Christ-centered support.

What Makes the Renewed Mind Method™ Different

This program was created by Deborah Medari, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-C, drawing from decades of experience in ministry, trauma-informed mental health care, and neuroscience-informed spiritual formation.

The Renewed Mind Method™ integrates:

  • Biblical truth and identity repair

  • Nervous system regulation through faith-aligned practices

  • Thought renewal grounded in Scripture and neuroscience

  • Trauma-informed spiritual reflection

  • Gentle habit formation and emotional awareness

This is not performance-based discipleship.
It is grace-based renewal.

Program Focus Areas

Participants work through themes such as:

  • Healing after trauma or spiritual betrayal

  • Rebuilding trust in God when emotions feel shut down

  • Understanding how fear and anxiety live in the body

  • Renewing thought patterns shaped by shame or survival

  • Learning to feel safely again—in God’s presence

  • Reconnecting spiritual practices to emotional peace

You will never be asked to “try harder,” suppress emotions, or bypass pain with platitudes.

What Coaching Is—and Is Not

Coaching IS:

  • Spirit-led guidance and structured reflection

  • Education on emotional and spiritual regulation

  • Support for mindset, habits, and identity renewal

  • Encouragement rooted in Scripture and grace.

Coaching IS NOT:

  • Therapy or psychiatric treatment

  • Diagnosis or medication management

  • Crisis intervention or emergency care

  • A replacement for clinical mental health services

Important Coaching Disclaimer

The Renewed Mind Method™ is a faith-based coaching program and is not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or medical care.

Coaching services do not include diagnosis, medication management, crisis intervention, or treatment of mental health disorders. Participation in this program does not establish a provider–patient relationship.

If you are experiencing severe mental health symptoms, suicidal thoughts, or are in crisis, please contact emergency services or seek care from a licensed mental health professional.

Psychiatric services, including evaluation and medication management, are offered separately through Transformed Psychiatric Wellness and require a formal clinical intake.

How Coaching Fits with Psychiatric Care

Some clients participate in coaching before, after, or alongside psychiatric treatment.
Others choose coaching as a stand-alone spiritual growth experience.

Keeping coaching separate allows for:

  • Clear boundaries

  • Ethical clarity

  • Insurance compliance

  • Freedom for spiritual exploration
