Insurance Clients:
We currently accept the following insurances in Missouri: Anthem BCBS, Carelon, Ascension Smart Health, Curative, Cigna, and Aetna. (UHC is in process)
Please use the below booking widget to schedule your intake appointment on Headway. On the Headway platform you will be asked to verify your identity and insurance coverage, and then you will be able to book at an available time.
Cash Pay Clients:
(If you have any other type of insurance, you can schedule and pay cash. I can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.) A payment method is required for booking. There is a $195.00 cancellation fee for cancellations with less than 24-hour notice.
